FOREST THERAPY NYC WALK

In celebration of Women's History Month and #eachforequal, we are inviting our community to try a new activity with us.

2 days after the instore event we'll host two hours of guided Forest Therapy in the North Woods of Central Park. Forest Therapy is based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to "Forest Bathing" and involves connecting with nature by “Bathing in the Forest Atmosphere”. .
