Congrats to Taylor Vernot for a great year so far! She became the Dayton record holder in the indoor mile (4:47.59), Indoor 5k (16:40.21) and the 6k in cross country (20:47.1). She also became an A-10 Champion in the indoor 3k with the second-fastest time (9:40.89) in program history! Plus, she was named to the A-10 All-Academic team for both cross country and indoor track and field this season! She is a pre-medicine major. #runner #smarts #a10champ #record #recordholder
