Then mix in your chilled tequila Grab a bundt pan and spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Gently dab any access grease on the pan with a napkin Pour your boozy Jell-O liquid into the pan about 3/4 the way through. There should be a bit of Jell-O remaining in the mixing bowl- save that for the bottom creamy layer Cover with plastic wrap and place your bundt pan in the freezer for about 30 minutes to allow that Jell-O to slightly stiffen After about 25 minutes of that freezing, start your creamy layer. Pour one 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk in the mixing bowl with the remaining Jell-O liquid This should look more pigmented and a light pink color. Take your bundt pan out of the freezer and pour milk mixture into the pan until it is completely filled. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 6-8 hours Once thatโ€™s done, gently remove from the pan by putting your plate on top of the mold and quickly flipping over so that it releases right side up Garnish with some lime wedges on top and youโ€™re done!
