SCOTT DIXON Who would have thought it? The winner of the Music City GP is indeed the veteran New Zealander, at the end of a race full of twists and turns that certainly plays a key role in his ride to the triumph. Starting 14th, he recovers almost every position thanks to cautions and then manages the finish to perfection. He is now second in the overall standings just six points behind Will Power.

SCOTT MCLAUGHLIN Author of a great lap on Saturday that earns him the pole position, in the race he is not particularly lucky. He gets a good start and seems to have no major problems maintaining his lead over Alex Palou and Christian Lundgaard but cautions do not help him. He is forced to make up some positions and finally finds himself ahead of his Chip Ganassi team compatriot who started from the rear. Scott is still in full fight for the title. 

COLTON HERTA He puts a wing back on it during a duel to the point that he seems to have already thrown it all away after a few laps. The mid-race twists and turns put him back in the running, and this time the American driver takes advantage of them without making a fuss. He is fifth at the chequered flag, by the way after starting in a miserable 21st position. He and Alexander Rossi save the Andretti team's day, which seemed destined not to end well.

CHRISTIAN LUNDGAARD A solid Sunday with a very fast pace until the fateful red flag, and for that he takes the "bonus driver" title. Probably a loss of concentration, but with fatal consequences with three positions lost in not even half a lap after the restart. An ending that cannot but affect the whole but at the same time will serve the young Dane well in terms of experience.
