SCOTT MCLAUGHLIN Started from the front row, he follows Pato O'Ward like a shadow until the time of the first pit stop, when his rival suffers a gearbox problem. He thus finds himself in the lead of the race and defends himself without lots of problems against Alex Palou's attempts. He comes back to winning ways after a period of fasting. 

WILL POWER Forced to restart from the rear due to a spin in the early stages of the race, the experienced Australian driver makes a furious comeback that leads him to cross the finish line even in third position. Definitely there is a bit of luck, but a thoroughly deserved podium finish. 

RINUS VEEKAY He is not the protagonist of a very good qualifying but a stroke of luck allows him to climb up many positions. He thus finds himself in the leading group and even finds a way to show off with overtaking that is anything but trivial. He finishes fourth at the foot of the podium, but the result is still great for the team. 

HELIO CASTRONEVES "Bonus driver" for the veteran of Meyer Shank Racing. His qualifying is not extraordinary, his race is almost anonymous and there is certainly an element of luck involved, but in the end he brings home a much better result than in recent races.
