hot cross bun pull apart bread 🍞 🌸 with a rich spiced dough, plump raisins and a cinnamon sugar filling

This recipe is adapted from my vegan hot cross buns- it’s topped with a sticky apricot glaze and has the tiniest hint of orange in the dough. Definitely a unique twist on a classic Easter bake! 

I’ve been a bit MIA here because my husband and I are in the middle of both moving to a new state and a kitchen renovation. Since we haven’t had an oven, it’s been a while since I’ve been able to bake up something fun like this loaf bread but I’m so looking forward to it once everything settles down a bit. Until then, here is this tried and true recipe from last spring!
