Let’s mix things up by swapping in pork chops for a delicious Piccata. I keep this gluten free and lower in carbs by using almond flour for a super light coating - just enough to help soak in the sauce. 

I love how I can rely on my SharpHomeUSA Induction cooktop to brown these perfectly without burning the almond flour or leaving the centers undercooked. Once I figured out the cooking time, I can set my timers and flip the chops and have them come out perfectly juicy every time.
