Yesterday, the Court of Appeals, Second Appellate District of Texas at Fort Worth reversed Crystal Mason’s illegal voting conviction finding there was an error in the trial court’s judgment. Crystal Mason should have never been convicted. We celebrate her courage and perseverance in the fight for justice.
