1️⃣ Plan Ahead: Make reservations in advance to secure your campsite at Woods Canyon Lake, especially during the busy weekend. Check the campground regulations and availability! There is free camping which is first come first serve, so if you plan to stay for free, make sure to get up early!🗓️🏕️⁠

2️⃣ Pack Essentials: Prepare for the wilderness by packing camping essentials such as a sturdy tent, sleeping bags, camping stove, cooking utensils, and plenty of food and water. Don't forget to bring insect repellent, sunscreen, and appropriate clothing for varying weather conditions. If you forget anything, there is a store near the lake that has all the essentials (including smores ingredients) 🎒🌞 ⁠

3️⃣Campfire Safety: Before starting a campfire, familiarize yourself with the current fire restrictions and regulations in the area.
