“I attended college in Flagstaff, AZ at nauflagstaff…

I was + still am head over heals in LOVE with the education I received through the Fitness Wellness program. ⁠⁠
⁠⁠
After graduating, I partnered with local gyms & studios as well as started my own business Manifesto Yoga ✨⁠⁠
⁠⁠
I learned A TON in these initial years but I also found my efforts weren't sustainable or supportive for the long game.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
You see this a lot in the industry... ⁠⁠
BURN OUT.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
The workplace doesn't have a good reputation for balance in most any industry. ⁠⁠
⁠⁠
It feels revolutionary to shift that story.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
When I consider the potentials + impact behind this vision, my inspiration flies through the roof. ⁠⁠

I'm unbelievably grateful for the opportunity to serve in this capacity.”
