"Even though a virus like COVID has been around for over a year, there is a virus that has been around for much longer. Racism is a virus that we continue to fight.⁠⠀

It takes a lot to stand up for what you believe in. It was beautiful to see teams standing up for justice. Even though there were no fans, they made sure their voices were heard. As a person of color, I feel safe to know that people are standing up for me and family."
