Savouring the flavours of this vegetarian pasta creation. What's your go-to ingredient to elevate a pasta dish? 🧑‍🍳 🍝

Ingredients:
300g Barilla Casarecce
2 aubergines
200g cherry tomatoes
1 onion
4.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3.5 tbsp capers
1 chili
basil leaves

Method:
1. Peel and dice the onion.
2. Cut the eggplant into sticks and the tomatoes into quarters.
3. Heat a pan with a little of extra virgin olive oil and sauté first the onion, then add the eggplant.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes, the chili and the capers.
5. Boil the pasta and drain when al dente.
6. Toss with the sauce and serve with basil leaves.
