A penne for your thoughts on this penne pasta salad? How about taking this to your next summer picnic 💚

Ingredients (serves 4):
320 g Barilla®️ Penne Rigate
100 g Barilla®️ Genovese Pesto
300g cherry tomatoes, halved
170g feta cheese 
90g black olives, pitted and halved
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
salt to taste

Method: 
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta one minute less than package directions. 
2. Drain pasta, and mix with a bit of olive oil. 
3. Cut the feta in pieces about the same size as the tomatoes. Tip: wet the knife at each cut to avoid crumbling the feta.
4. Add pasta, tomatoes, olives and feta to a large mixing bowl.
5. Add pesto; toss to combine and serve.
