In the mood for seafood? Why not give this prawn recipe the green light! 🦐 

Ingredients (serves 4):
Pesto Barilla Basilico e Limone 90g
½ Baguette for bruschetta
Olive oil
King Prawns
Parsley finely chopped
Lemon zest

Method: 
1. Clean and wash the prawns, heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add the prawns shortly after and add the finely chopped parsley, brown/ colour on both sides.
2. Grill the slices of bread or croutons and sprinkle the bread with a drizzle of oil and parsley, place a generous spoonful of Pesto Limone on top and finish with a king prawn.
3. Option to top with some lemon zest for extra colour and decoration.
