Let’s celebrate Carbonara Day with a new carbonara recipe that many more people can enjoy. Together with the chefs @marcomartinichef @asmakhanlondon @labna @testinaweb @eatsgiulia and @chef_victoire, we created a more inclusive carbonara recipe inspired, by the original one, but Halal, Kosher, vegan, lactose free and gluten free.
