Ingredients to cook along:
- 350g Penne
- 400g green asparagus
- 1 red onion
- 150g tomatoes (4-5 small ones)
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt
- Sugar
- Pepper
- Pinch of chili flakes
- Handful of fresh herbs (e.g. sage, oregano, parsley, thyme)
- 30ml olive oil
- 20ml vinegar
- 1 Buffalo Mozzarella
- 40g roasted pine nuts
