Some days I ache for this again and others I’m so happy we’ve moved on. There’s a beautiful power and responsibility I felt whilst breastfeeding although the thing is it doesn’t change after you stop. It’s motherhood and it’s a glorious thing. Whether we nurse or bottle feed our babes need us to be there 1000% but we must also remember to be kind to ourselves too.
