I didn’t run much in March, but I know I grew in other areas and alexipappas reminded me that growth in one area sometimes has to halt in order for growth to occur somewhere else. 🌱 

I have been telling myself how crap March was because I was hardly able to run at all this month due to some pain that flared up on my left side again.

-Had so many moments of joy walking Pie around Venice and watching her roll in the grass or destroy a palm fronds
-Got my hair braided TWICE
-Ate my heart out at the lawinefoodfest with alexipappas 
-Floated down a lazy river with itskevinconroy when he visited me in Palm Springs
-Adventured for hours on my factorbikes and ElliptiGO instead of running
-Had brunch with kateplusfate 
-doubled down on flow yoga and breathwork op_e___n 

Isn’t it crazy how one piece of life being “off” can easily make you miss all the dozens of pieces of life that are absolutely “on”?? Yesterday I went for an awesome ride in the sunshine and had a shift of perspective that brought me peace and joy. Ready to start April with more calm and let’s be real… more running please! 🙏
