## Caption

The Career Services Internship Program is an excellent way for students to be immersed in career advocacy and readiness. Every April, supervisors nominate an intern that exhibited outstanding growth, initiative, leadership and impact during the year. During the 2022-2023 school year, two amazing marketing interns won the hearts of our team! 

Madeline Kraus (madskraus) was a social media intern at Career Services, alongside her work at Vandal Solutions (vandalsolutions) and in her sorority Delta Gamma (deltagammauofi). She discusses how the marketing supervisor on the team leaving part way through her position allowed her to expand her creative limits. Madeline learned the importance of scheduling and giving as much as yourself to the present moment as possible during her year working for the team. Addison Thomson (addison.mae_2) was the lead graphic design intern at Career Services for two years, allowing her to witness the growth of not only her own creative and professional skills, but Career Services marketing from a wider scope. Serving significant positions in her sorority Delta Delta Delta (idahotridelta) during her college career, Addison expands on her passion for marketing and advertising to empower voices. Addison relied on the fresh perspectives and personalities of the marketing team during her second year interning, allowing her to grow both professionally and personally.
