Great things take time. 

Today marks the one year anniversary of taking a risk and hiring @strong4lifeco ‘s first employee @lukey_lifts 

You never forget this first big move. I am so grateful to have three coaches that work for me! @lukey_lifts head strength coach, @james.gegenheimer director of nutrition, and @highrepsfortoning head physique coach. 

Hiring Luke was a no brainer. One of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. Luke is finishing his PhD this year, and is making big moves in his personal and athletic life too. Luke, this company is possible because of everything you do to help us succeed. 

It’s also @lukey_lifts birthday!! It was awesome being able to hire this dude on this day last year. I am nothing without my team.

Happy birthday coach Luke, and thank you for 365 days of working together. We have so much in store for us!
