I know you guys aren’t here for my BJJ as much as you are for fitness. But man. I’m proud of this! 

Committing to showing up scared, being open to feeling dumb, and releasing the pressure to “be good” at something is freeing.

BJJ has been the best thing I’ve done for my sanity and has quickly become a huge passion to improve. 

Thank you Professor bjjkurt for always pushing us and creating such an incredible community. Truly a sanctuary for me and lukeylew2 here in HTX.
