Any exercises in your training that make you go “damn is that today??🙃” I always get super nervous for this training session because this machine scares me HA. Never in my barbell loving life would I have thought a machine could humble me so easily 😅😅 livrothh

I’m also wearing the fleo Foundation long sleeve in medium - I’ll probably size down into a small. It’s soft like their leggings, and light weight so I didn’t feel like was being suffocated in training. Super flattering fit! I loveeeee these #pendulumsquat
