## Caption

Haven’t performed a deadlift single in a hot minute. These were a bit rusty but I’m sure with some more practice these will begin to look and feel good again.

Here’s a non-cheater stance, sumo deadlift with 205kg / 451lbs for a single. I did squats before this so I’m very happy with this pull.
