Last nights 125kg/275lbs x 5x5 was tough.

SI issues really bothering me this week, and was pretty unbearable in between sets. Couldn’t sit down. Not the prettiest reps here but the work got done and that felt like a victory to me! #sometimesitbelikethat still smiling because I love what I do and the crazy journey it is.
