## Caption

It’s official! I signed up for a meet at the end of March (pending of course).

Today, I worked up to 150kg (330) x5. The bands around my knee is more-so a variation whenever my glute acts up. I’ve found that it allows me to hit the allotted weights without making any major modifications. 

I’ll be cutting to the new 69kg (152) weight class using the rpstrength diet app. Use KRIS to save. #rpstrength #teamrpstrength
