It feels good to be motivated to train and push myself in the gym again. I haven’t hit this weight x reps in damn near a year now.

I worked up to a solid 180kg (396lbs) x5 with some left in the tank. My best is 192.5x5, let’s see if we can keep this momentum going! #TeamJTS #goldenshower
