As a strength athlete, I’ve found that including some form of conditioning in the off-season has been beneficial both for my mindset and overall performance in the gym as long as it’s compliments my current training.

This past weekend I the pleasure shooting with virusintl for their new line of performance gear in and outside of the weight room. #virusintl #performance
