## Caption

Top bench today was 110kg(242lbs) x1 followed by backoff sets at 100kg (220lbs)x4x2. This was my third attempt at Nationals last year at a lower RPE.

Currently maintaining around 70.5kg following the rpstrength Diet App. I’ll likely do a small cut after Worlds because ya know, summer shredz.
