One cue that has really helped me is thinking about utilizing leg drive even before the bar touches the chest. It took a while to really understand what that meant but once it clicked my bench has gone up significantly. Moving up a weight class has helped too 😊 #jugglife teamJTS #roadtoIPFworlds
