My first national meet went... pretty bad🤷🏻‍♀️went 5/9, got 3rd place in open, but still ended w/ squat + bench meet PRs. Not my day for deads. Among it all, I was sick and couldn’t keep anything in my stomach after weigh ins, had to warm up for squats twice completely because it got delayed, etc. Handful of reasons but simply it just wasn’t my day.

Nonetheless I live to lift another day and can continue to become a better athlete. I’m thankful for the opportunity to travel and lift weights with my friends. My first meet traveling/ first national meet wouldn’t have been the same without my people there kylepigney bonschro ihviiimattvincent spencerjtyler thank you guys I love u.
