## Caption

Ready for next week's deload. These volume workouts got me feeling like ☠️. I've been really focusing on keeping my knees out which is causing me to cut it short on depth for a few reps but otherwise a solid training session.
Here's my 2nd set of dropsets @ 127.5kg (280) x6. No AC to be extra hardcore. #imdone
