Last day of deloading. Here's 82.5kg (182#)x4x3. Funny how 180+lbs is now considered a deload. First time I ever tried to bench I missed 65lbs in college lol 🙄 Crazy to see how far I've come since then but a good example of how we all have to begin our journey somewhere. #onwardsandupwards
