## Caption

Literally got 2 training sessions in while overseas and it was very apparent in today's training session. Did 2 sets of 275x6 before dropping weight to finish the last 3 sets. These were heavy AF! Crazy how only a few days off can make such a big difference. Otherwise happy to be back to some sort of normalcy. #jugglife #chadleysangels #squatsfordays
