Back @ it tomorrow. Last week was a deload & rest week with a density of only 2 medium sessions. This week we are pushing the limits in volume & intensity. This group averages over 21mph (with women’s team included). We currently have 1 of the women’s athletes over 21mph and 3 over 20mph. Our group average has seen an increase of over 1mph the last 2 phases with that speed reached within the same limits
