## Caption

Bronze Medalist Bobsledder ajalevans training day 3. We don't always have to run to get fast. Focus today was 1st step power: delivering force through the hips (proximal to distal), finishing in full extension. Drill inspired by my man michaeldrachtraining set up by dan_ponti and research! #spellmanperformance #MaximAthletic #wooterswarriors #grateful #salute
