Horeb Student Ministries is currently at 507 Smith Market Rd. in Coldstream with a group. This area will need ongoing help in the days to come. Help is needed in the areas off of Garners Ferry in Forest Acres - Datura, Burwell, and Rickenbaker streets. Volunteers are needed to clean out houses. The National Guard is currently on site. ---------------- 3636 Harrogate Road off of Bush River Road is in urgent need of volunteers and workers to gut homes, donate materials and to do laundry. Please contact Wes Howard at (803) 360-7817. Specific needs include: food & drinks for families & volunteers, tools, boxes, packing tape, masks, gloves, trucks, trailers, alcohol gel, clean water, clean rags, cleaning supplies, gloves, face masks, hand sanitizer, vinegar, wipes, razor blades for ripping out carpet, hammers to rip out sheet rock, and large leaf bags for trash. ---------------- Also, there will be a #FloodRelief station set up in the narthex this weekend with more information on opportunities to help with relief efforts.
