We're here with a few safety reminders for drivers as we head into #Halloween fun this evening and get ready for trick-or-treat activities:

✅ Slow down - observe the speed limit and be extra cautious when driving through neighborhoods

✅ Watch for pedestrians - many trick-or-treaters will be out and crossing streets. Children and their parents may be hard to see in dark costumes and low light in the evening

✅ Enter and exit driveways and alleyways with caution, checking for pedestrians who may be walking nearby

✅ Avoid distractions - do not text while driving 🚫📱 and avoid other activities that would cause you to take your eyes off the road 

Taking the time to drive with caution and with safety in mind can help drivers avoid a serious accident that can be life-changing to both the driver and the pedestrian.
