- Coaches, Trainers, Teammates can encourage you but Your voice in your head is the voice you hear the MOST throughout the day. Meaning do not allow a Trainer, Coach, or Teammate take your confidence as well. ⠀

- Practice positive thoughts when you start to doubt yourself in game or against an opponent ⠀

Use your peers, positive thinking, and consistent training (daily) to build that confidence. No one takes your confidence!⠀

2. Believe you are the best basketball player on the floor at all times, even if there are other great players. ⠀

- The belief will remove Fear. ⠀
- Fear keeps you from trying⠀
- Trying even in times of Fear gives you Courage ⠀
