Voler Factory Racing is a Northern California based USA Cycling domestic elite team managed by Philip Mooney since 2015. The team focuses on domestic criteriums and international stage races, primarily in Latin/South America. 
In addition to racing the team focuses on supporting Safe Routes to School and Complete Streets initiatives which involves planning, designing and operating streets that enable safe access to all people who need to use them, including pedestrians, bicyclists, motorists and transit riders of all ages and abilities.

Some of the team’s highlights include stage wins at Redlands Cycling Classic as well as wins in UCI races in China and the Dominican Republic. In addition they have captured several jersey accolades including donning the yellow jersey at redlandsclassic 

At this year’s #NCLCup the team is looking to move up in the ranking at the NCL after finishing 8th overall in 2023. Long term goal for the team, as it is every year “is to try to take over the (cycling) world!”

Now that the team is a season in to the NCL format look for them to adapt and make a large impact at this year’s #NCLCup2024
