During Rico’s time as an athlete, he was taught the benefits of using heat and ice for muscle recovery from #crossfit legend _brianmackenzie and #surfing #heavyweight kaiborgarcia. Rico continues to practice the heat and ice recovery method, and his company also specializes in the installation of the #barrelsauna.
