In a very special episode of #ChieftoChief, President and CEO, Essence Ventures Caroline Wanga (wangawoman ) sits down with the Vice President of the Republic of Colombia, Francia Márquez (franciamarquezm ) who was etched into history, when she became the first Afro-Colombian to hold the position, at 40 years old.
