Q: What current design trends appeal to elite clientele?⁠⁠

A: A neutral wall color, thicker 2.5” and waterfall countertops are hot right now. Gray tones are beginning to trend out, and taupes and browns will be on their way back in.⁠⁠

Q: What do you see for the future of design?⁠⁠

A: I see a future of full automation with Google/Alexa and smart home features. It’s much more efficient to be able to have your home ready when you arrive.⁠⁠

Q: What advice would you give to someone looking to update their home prior to selling?⁠⁠
⁠⁠
A: Neutral paint on walls. If spending any money on renovations, kitchen and bath updates bring in the best resale value. Painting cabinets and updating the hardware is an inexpensive way to update without spending too much.⁠⁠
