## Caption

🚴🏽 Full day of biking through the Shonai region. We participated in an annual event called Giro de Shonai, a 140 km bike ride through rice fields, orchards, forests, mountains and ocean side. So spectacular, and also challenging! This was one of the longest rides I’ve ever done, and so rewarding. There were stops along the way with snacks like mochi, melon, and noodles! Also loved that we finished at an Onsen (hot springs) afterwards and we got to soak our legs.
