A rider and friend once told me my class was like a gateway drug into fitness. 🍁😂 She said she never liked working out before, but she liked my class. From there she started trying out other types of workouts, weight training, yoga, etc. 
That is one of my favorite compliments I’ve ever received. If I can help you connect with your body, your potential, and make you realize getting stronger is fun! Then I am doing my job. 😊 
Find what works for you, and commit to it. Commit to the journey, the growth, and the discomfort that comes along with it.
