The astounding American W80 4x200m Relay Team (left to right, Rose Green, Carolyn Langenwalter, Irene R Obera and Flo Meiler) shaved almost a minute off the existing World Record to bring home the Gold with a time of 3.18:43.  The previous WR was 4:15:33, set in 2010.  Individually, these women also brought home an enormous number of medals. #wmatorun2019

The M65 4x200 Relay Team won Gold and set the age grp World Record with a time of 1:47.29.  Members of the team are, left to right, Thomas Jones, Charles Allie, Thad Wilson and George Haywood.  Incredible performance, guys.
