I want to introduce all of my IG family members to mgcentro ....He is a Olympic 1500 meter runner....He has a Silver & Bronze medal in the World Championships. He came out & ran my 5K with me & made me challenge myself. I responded to that challenge by running my personal best 5k in 20:48sec...I'm about to bridge the gap between professional athlete and "Non Athlete" ....The only difference between the two is EFFORT.
