“I’ve been working a lot of hours lately and I’ve not been getting out as much as I normally would. So when I got home from work last night to my new Mind charity hat from Blacks, it was the prompt I needed to get myself up and out on the hill for dawn this morning!

Hiking and being outdoors in general is vital to me when it comes to maintaining my wellbeing. It’s so easy to get bogged down with day to day life and to forget about things that make you happy.
