DAY 16 of our 25 Days of Miracles is dedicated to Jakob Griffin!

Jakob received a heart transplant at Children’s on June 13, 2016. At first, his body started to reject the heart, but he fought through. He also received 3 open heart surgeries at Children’s before the age of 2.

Today, we challenge you to raise just $16 to honor our Jakob!
