Beginning September 30, If you’re looking to walk more than six dogs 🐕 at a time off-leash, you now require a professional dog walker permit to do so in an off-leash area, under the Responsible Pet Ownership Bylaw.

This will ensure that those walking a large number of dogs off-leash have the proper training to do so safely, contributing to a positive off-leash park dog experience for everyone.
