It's #FunFactFriday, and this week we're sharing info about what we do for the Calgary Public Library!

Libraries are more than just books—they're communities. 

We provide support to the Calgary Public Library so they can operate 21 community libraries across Calgary and offer programs, online resources, and more to our citizens. In 2021, the Calgary Public Library expanded its digital library offerings to meet the needs of Calgarians during the pandemic. Our communities have responded—there was a 42 per cent increase in usage last year! And 96 per cent of Calgarians reported they were satisfied with their experiences at the library. 

We're proud to support an organization that helps Calgarians to access information and resources in so many different ways—whether it's from their favorite librarian or from the comfort of their own couch. What are some things you like to get from your local library?
